Self-guided tours

The Grand Palais Immersif does not offer guided tours. However, you can bring your own guide once you have made your reservation, at no extra cost.

ADULTS GROUPS

Adult groups can include between 10 and 25 people maximum. One accompanying person per group is allowed a free entrance and does not need a ticket.

The ticket price is €11 per participant.

Reservations for a day and time of visit must be made via on online ticketing system.

Book your visit

Once payment has been made online, the tickets will be sent by e-mail and must be presented by the participants at the time of the visit.

If you are not sure of the number of participants, you can buy a minimum number of tickets and then ask for more at the ticket office on the day of your visit, (depending on the availability).

SCHOOL GROUPS (elementary, middle and high school classes)

School groups consist of 10 to 35 participants. Accompanying adults may accompany the group free of charge, without tickets.

Free accompanying adults

kindergarten: 1 for 7 children

Elementary: 1 per 9 children

Middle school: 1 per 15 children

High school: 1 per group

The ticket price is €6 per pupil and €11 per additional accompanying adult.

Book your visit

Visits can be booked on the online ticketing service. Alternatively, a booking request can be made to the Ticketing Department (contact@grandpalais-immersif.fr), so that the visit can be paid for by cheque, bank transfer or order form. Payment must be sent at least 15 days before the date of the visit to confirm it.

Preparatory visit: the teacher organizing the visit can benefit from a free visit beforehand in order to prepare the visit of his/her class. They must present their tickets or reservation at the control desk in order to visit the exhibition.

SPECIAL ACCESS
Schools can benefit from a special access for their visit : visits on Mondays between 11.00 AM et 12.00AM during closing time of the museum.

PRIORITY GROUPS

Groups from the social field or composed of people with disabilities can benefit from preferential rates. Groups are made up of between 10 and 25 people.

The ticket price is €6 per participant. For people with reduced mobility, you can also come with a cane chair if necessary.
