“Decoding Korea” is an exhibition exploring modern Korea through artistic, cultural, and historical lenses. It combines the work of ten Korean media artists with archival video works by Nam June Paik, offering a philosophical, aesthetic, and cultural reinterpretation of Korean society. “Decoding Korea” deciphers contemporary Korean values and structures through keywords such as “memory,” “technology,” and “environment.”

This exhibition affirms the fact that art is not only for visual pleasure, but also a catalyst for change. By connecting the voices of individual artists, “Decoding Korea” demonstrates the power of art to connect the past, the present, and the future.

“Decoding Korea” ultimately goes beyond the Korean context, addressing global challenges through art and creating a platform for international discourse, allowing us to dream of a better future.
