Group arrival
The time indicated on the ticket is the tour start time. Groups are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour to allow time to get organized and start their visit on time.
A gathering area is provided outside the IPG, in front of the entrance door. Group participants are invited to gather there while the group leader collects the necessary tickets for the visit and equips them with audiophones if necessary.
The group leader must identify himself to the reception staff, and inform them of the arrival of his group. He/she must ensure that each participant has his/her own admission ticket or proof of free admission. The group is then granted access to the hall, passing through the Vigipirate point for bag checks. The group's participants pass through the access control and the group can begin its visit.
Cloakroom
The Grand Palais Immersif does not have a checkroom for groups. It is important to make your own arrangements to avoid being crowded during your visit. Please note that under the Vigipirate plan, suitcases and travel bags will not be accepted inside the building.
Circulation in the exhibition
During your visit, please ensure that your group is well supervised throughout the exhibition. Do not leave students on their own in the spaces, and respect the rules of etiquette (no running, shouting, etc...) to ensure a comfortable visit for all visitors.
At the end of the exhibition, to leave, please take the main hallway towards the entrance without passing through the boutique.

RATES:
ADULT GROUPS
Free tour
Adult groups are made up of 10 to 40 people maximum.
The ticket price is €16 per participant. One free companion is allowed per group.
Reservations for a day and time of visit must be made on the online ticketing service.
Once payment has been made by credit card, tickets will be sent to you by e-mail and will need to be presented to the control by participants at the time of the visit.
If you're not sure of the number of participants, you can take a minimum number of tickets and then top them up at the box office on the day of your visit, subject to availability.
SCHOOL GROUPS
School groups are made up of 10 to 40 participants. Free chaperones may accompany the group according to the schedule below.
Free accompanying adults
For nursery, elementary, middle school, high school and higher education classes: 1 free accompanying adult per 8 children
The ticket price is €8 per pupil and €16 per additional accompanying adult.
Visits can be booked on online ticketing with payment by credit card.
Once payment has been made by credit card, tickets will be sent to you by e-mail and will need to be presented for inspection by participants at the time of the visit.
A reservation request can be made to the dedicated service: publics@grandpalais-immersif.fr, for the visit to be paid for by Culture Pass, cheque, bank transfer or check. Payment must then be sent at least 10 days before the visit date to confirm it.
PRIORITY GROUPS
Groups from Champ Social can benefit from preferential rates to facilitate their visit. Groups are made up of 10 to 25 people.
The ticket price is €8 per participant. Two free companions can come with the group, without needing to bring tickets.

For people with reduced mobility equipped with wheelchairs, it is advisable to limit the size of the group to 10 people for questions of tour comfort. The entire tour is wheelchair-accessible.
