HOW TO COME - ORGANIZING YOUR VISIT
►Where is the exhibition located?
Grand Palais Immersif, 110 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris. Access possible by metro, bus and RER (stop: Bastille).
►I have a Sésame card or a Pass Grand Palais, do I get a discount on my ticket?
Since September 2024, you benefit from a reduced rate of €16.00 on presentation of your card (on site only).
► Can I bring a suitcase?
Due to the Vigipirate plan, luggage of any size is not accepted. A locker is available in front of the Grand Palais Immersif
►Where can I leave my bicycle/motorcycle helmet?
Helmets can be deposited in the lockers if they are small. If they are too large, they will have to be kept on the arm or in a bag during the visit.
►Can I come with a group?
Group visits are possible: from 10 visitors you are in fact considered as such.

► Can children take the tour alone?
Children must be under the responsibility of an adult.
► I'm eligible for free admission (press), how do I book?

►Is there a catering area?
No
► Is there a checkroom?
Code lockers are available free of charge. However, these are small (42x25x48cm) and cannot hold bags that are too bulky
►Are chairs available?
Chairs and benches are available in some of the course rooms. For people with reduced mobility, you can also come with a cane chair if necessary.
► Are there toilets on site?
Toilets are available on site. PRM toilets are also available.
VISIT CONTENTS
► How long does a visit to the exhibition last?
The tour lasts approximately one hour.
► Will there be strobe lights?
Yes.
► Are the images in 3D?
The images are not in 3D.
► Is it accessible to the hearing impaired or deaf?
Yes, all videos are subtitled.
► Can I take photos?
Photographs are permitted without the use of flash.
►Is there an age requirement?
There is no minimum age.
► Is the course wheelchair accessible?
All areas are accessible. Subject to availability, we also provide a loaner wheelchair.
